高校图书馆座位预约APP使用情况调查与思考——以新疆医科大学图书馆为例

摘要 本文通过对新疆医科大学图书馆座位预约系统的使用情况进行问卷调查,首先分析座位预约系统的建设背景以及系统的基本使用流程。其次,从用户普及率及使用率、系统功能性能和用户满意度三个方面来进行分析总结,发现新疆医科大学座位预约系统有一定的使用率,在提高学习效率和图书馆利用率方面发挥了积极作用,但存在有时无法签到问题。调查发现还需提升系统的跨平台操作、违规监督以及通知提醒等功能,并从加强公共道德意识培育、完善系统功能、建立反馈机制三个方面来提出决策建议,推动系统不断升级,提升学生使用的便捷性,提高图书馆的智能化、数字化程度。This paper investigates the use of the seat reservation system in the library of Xinjiang Medical University, and firstly analyzes the construction background of the seat reservation system and the basic use process of the system. Secondly, from the three aspects of user penetration and utilization rate, system function performance and user satisfaction, it is found that the seat reservation system of Xinjiang Medical University has a certain utilization rate, which has played a positive role in improving learning efficiency and library utilization, but there are sometimes problems of not being able to sign in. The survey found that it is necessary to improve the functions of cross-platform operation, violation supervision and notification reminder of the system, and put forward decision-making suggestions from three aspects: strengthening the cultivation of public moral awareness, improving the system function, and establishing a feedback mechanism, so as to promote the continuous upgrading of the system, improve the convenience of students’ use, and improve the intelligence and digitization of the library.
