概述月经病的中医诊治研究进展

月经病是女性最为常见的一种疾病,其病证繁杂,病因繁多,常常影响着妇女得身心健康和生活质量。中医对月经病的认识历史悠久,发展至今,其治疗方法亦有多种多样,并且有良好的临床疗效。笔者运用检索、归纳、分析等手段,通过查阅与月经病相关的典籍文献,从其理论源流、病因病机、证候类型、治疗进展等方面,总结并概述了古往今来月经病的中医诊治研究进展,为今后月经病的中医诊治研究作以参考。

Emmeniopathy is one of the most common diseases for women. Its disease and syndrome is rather miscellaneous and the cause is various. It often affects women’s physical and mental health and quality of life. Understanding of the emmeniopathy has a long history of traditional Chinese medi-cine. Up to now, it also has variety of diagnosis and treatment and good clinical effect. Through re-viewing the literature related to emmeniopathy, the author has summarized and outlined the di-agnosis and treatment of Chinese medical progression of emmeniopathy of all ages from its theo-retical origin, etiology and pathogenesis, syndromic types, treatment of Chinese medicine, etc. It is the future reference for the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of emmeni-opathy.
