The Application of Ganbingshipi Theory in the Jin-Kui-Yao-Lue

张仲景所论肝病实脾理论具有重要的临床指导意义。肝脏的传变,最易累及脾、胃,治肝实脾可以阻断肝病传变途径,提高治疗效果。本文通过对肝病实脾治法的Meta分析,论证肝病实脾的重要性,为临床应用提供循证证据和理论支撑。

Zhang Zhongjing’s theory of Ganbingshipi has an important clinical guiding significance. The transformation of the liver disease is most easily involved in the spleen and stomach. The treat-ment of Zhiganshipi can block the transmission pathway of liver disease and enhance the thera-peutic effect. Through the meta-analysis of the treatment, the importance of the Zhiganshipi the-roy is demonstrated, and provides evidence-based evidence and theoretical support for clinical application.
