摘要
目的:观察补心软脉颗粒治疗气阴两虚夹有瘀热型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断的心绞痛患者随机分为对照组20例,治疗组20例,对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用补心软脉颗粒,连续服用8周,4周为1疗程,观察两个疗程。观察两组在治疗前后各项指标的变化。结果:1) 补心软脉组明显缓解心绞痛症状、改善中医证候,与对照组相比,P 【0.05;2) 明显减低血清中TC、TG、LDL,提高HDL水平,显著优于对照组,P 【0.05;3) 降低全血粘度水平、血浆粘度、红细胞刚性指数、D2聚体、FIB含量,疗效优于对照组,P 【0.05;4) 治疗后两组血清中hs-CRP水平均有所下降,但组间无统计学差异。结论:补心软脉颗粒在治疗气阴两虚夹有瘀热证冠心病患者中有较好的临床疗效,并能调节脂质代谢、改善血液流变。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of “BuXinRuanMai” (BXRM) granule in angina pectoris with “Qi-Yin deficiency” and “Stagnant Heat”. Methods: Patients with angina pectoris were ran-domly divided into the control group and the treatment group. Each group had 20 patients. Pa-tients in the control group received conventional western medicine, and patients in the treatment group received “BXRM” granule additionally. Each group needed to take medicine for eight weeks to observe the curative effect. Result: 1) “BXRM” granule could not only relieve the symptoms of angina in patients, but also improve the syndromes.
