摘要
报道2例注射新冠疫苗后产生副作用前来中医治疗的患者,其中1例为面瘫(中经络),另例为泄泻;面瘫例,笔者以清热平肝论治,自拟方以益气养血祛风,养阴柔肝熄风为主,佐以清热平肝化湿治其标。标本兼治,用药后3天即见好转,1周后面部恢复如常。泄泻例,笔者以补气通阳,清肠利湿论治,自拟方以补气通阳健运脾胃为主,佐以利水湿熄肠风。用药后7天即见好转,腑便渐成形,口淡舌糙好转。继续巩固3周以防复发。
Two patients with side effects after vaccination of 2019-nCoV vaccine were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. One case is facial paralysis (middle meridians) and another case is diarrhea. In the treatment of facial paralysis, the author discusses the treatment with clearing heat and calming the liver. The symptoms reduced in 3 days after treatment, and the patient recovered as usual in 1 week. In diarrhea cases, the author used a group of medicine ingredients which could invigorate qi and yang, clear intestines and promote dampness. After 7 days, the symptoms reduced, bland and rough tongue took a turn for the better, continuing to consolidate for 3 weeks to prevent recurrence.
