探索中西医治疗国内前十种常见癌症的临床疗效

Meta-Analysis of Combined Treatment of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Treatment of Top 10 Cancers in the World

目的:本研究采用系统评价及Meta分析方法,探索中医治疗全球前十种常见癌症的临床疗效。方法:使用计算机检索中国知网数据库自2010年1月至2021年6月有关中医药治疗全球前十种常见肿瘤的临床随机对照(RCT)研究。按照设定纳入排除标准筛选文献后,应用Cochrane偏倚风检评估工具进行偏倚风检评估,并采用Review Manager 5.4.1软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:本研究共纳入80篇临床随机对照试验文献。中西医合壁治疗试验组总缓解率为55.5%。较单纯西医对照组总缓解率40.1%为高。Meta分析显示与单纯西医药对照组相比,配合使用中医药治疗更能缓解肿瘤[OR = 2.01, 95% CI (1.80, 2.24), P 【0.05]。结论:中西医联合治疗肿瘤的总缓解率,优于单纯使用西医药治疗,且差异具有统计学上的意义。

Objective: To systematically investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of integrated traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western Medicine in treating the top 10 cancers in the world. Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of TCM and Western Medicine therapy of each top 10 cancers dated from January 2010 to June 2021 were searched from the China jour-nal full text database (CNKI). After screening the literatures according to the defined exclusion criteria, the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool was adopted to conduct bias risk assessment. Review manager 5.4.1 software was then used for carrying out Meta-analysis. Results: 80 numbers of RCTs were ultimately selected after screening in accordance with the defined exclusion criteria. Meta-analysis showed that the total efficiencies of control group (i.e. with Western Medicine treatment) and experimental group (i.e. with combined TCM and Western Medicine treatment) are 40.1% and 55.5% respectively. This indicated that, compared with the control group, the overall efficiency of combined TCM and Western Medicine treatment is higher and the difference is statistically significant [OR = 2.01, 95%CI (1.80, 2.24), P <0.05]. Conclusion: The combined TCM and Western Medicine therapy shows improvement on the overall efficiency when com-paring with the control group that adopts the Western Medicine, and the difference is statisti-cally significant.
