探析《万氏妇人科》月经病中医证治特征

万全是我国明代著名医学家,积万氏家传经验和其本人平生临证经验,撰写了《万氏妇人科》、《广嗣纪要》、《养生四要》、《幼科发挥》等著作。《万氏妇人科》亦称《万氏女科》,按照内容分为三卷,主要论述九十余种妇产科常见病证,从病因病机到症状及证候辨治、从理法方药到煎服方法,可谓是精审亥备,方药并举,并重点论述了调经、安胎、治产等法。本书对月经病的论证精简详细,条理清晰,临证治疗突出,方药简便,效果显著。本文试就《万氏妇人科》中月经病的病因病机、症状、证候、治法、处方、药物以及服用方法上进行了整理分析以及归纳总结。
