Experience of TCM Differentiation and Treatment of Primary Sjogren’s Syndrome Complicated with Depression

目的:探讨原发性干燥综合征合并郁病中医辨证施治特点。方法:原发性干燥综合征合并郁病发病率较高,西药治疗该病的效果不甚理想,且副作用较多,中医对该病的研究报道也比较少。笔者在查阅文献的基础上结合自己的临床实践经验总结中医辨证施治该病的特点。结果:本病的病因与情志相关,其病机为脏腑虚损,气机不利。辨证要点为辨脏腑、辨虚实、辨气血阴阳津液。以补益脏腑,调畅气机为基本治则。结论:该病辨证施治应坚持辨病与辨证相结合,充分发挥中医药辨证施治的优势,标本兼治,会收到满意的临床效果。

Objective: To explore the characteristics of TCM differentiation and treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome complicated with depression. Methods: The incidence rate of primary Sjogren’s syndrome combined with depression is high. The effect of Western Medicine on this disease is not very good, and the side effects are more. On the basis of literature review, combined with their own clinical experience, the author summarizes the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease. Results: The etiology of the disease was related to emotion, and its pathogenesis was deficiency of Zang Fu organs and unfavorable Qi mechanism. The key points of syndrome differentiation are viscera, deficiency and excess, Qi, blood, Yin, Yang and body fluid. The basic treatment principle is to replenish the viscera and regulate the Qi machine. Conclusion: Syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease should adhere to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, give full play to the advantages of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, treat both symptoms and root causes, and will receive satisfactory clinical results.
