舒胸益气汤联合硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Chest-Soothing and Qi-Tonifying Decoction Combined with Nitroglycerin on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨舒胸益气汤联合硝酸甘油对冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:研究对象为我院于2018年10月至2020年10月收治的70例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分成两组。对照组采取硝酸甘油治疗,观察组采取舒胸益气汤联合硝酸甘油治疗。结果:两组患者的UA、hs-CRP、Hcy、血浆血管紧张素II、脑钠素、醛固酮和心钠素水平以及胸闷、气短、胸痛、憋气和心悸积分在治疗前对比均无明显差异(P > 0.05),治疗后均明显降低(P < 0.05),且观察组的各项指标水平及中医症状积分明显低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论舒胸益气汤联合硝酸甘油对冠心病心绞痛的临床效果较佳。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of chest-soothing and qi-tonifying decoction combined with nitroglycerin on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods: 70 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with nitroglycerin, and the observation group was treated with chest-soothing and qi-tonifying decoction combined with nitroglycerin. Results: UA, hs-CRP, Hcy, plasma angiotensin II, brain natriuretic peptide, there were no significant differences in aldosterone and natriuretic hormone levels, chest tightness, shortness of breath, chest pain, breathlessness and palpitation scores before treatment (P > 0.05), after treatment, the indexes and TCM symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Chest-soothing and qi-tonifying decoction combined with nitroglycerin has a better clinical effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
