交叉电项针治疗的优势病种研究进展

Research Progress on Dominant Diseases Treated by Cross Electro-Nape-Acupuncture

交叉电项针是临床上一种应用广泛的针灸治疗技术,通过针刺和电刺激主要作用于颈项部和深层次脑干等部位。交叉电项针可以激活网状结构系统,兴奋大脑皮层,也可以扩张脑血管,有增加脑内血流量的作用。目前,交叉电项针在临床上对于气切封管、昏迷促醒、呼吸机脱机、延髓麻痹、重症格林–巴利综合征等治疗过程中都有很显著的疗效,是一种很有应用前景的针灸治疗方案,特别是在中枢神经系统疾病的治疗应用中。本文就交叉电项针临床应用中的优势病种和研究进展作一综述,为其日后的临床应用提供参考。

Cross electro-nape-acupuncture (CENA) is a widely used acupuncture treatment technique in clinical practice, which mainly acts on the neck and deep brainstem through acupuncture and electrical stimulation. CENA can activate the reticular system, stimulate the cerebral cortex, and also dilate cerebral blood vessels, which has the effect of increasing blood flow in the brain. At present, CENA has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of tracheostomy sealing, coma awakening, ventilator weaning, bulbar palsy, severe Guillain-Barrésyndrome, etc., and is a promising acupuncture treatment plan, especially in the treatment of central nervous system diseases. This article reviews the dominant diseases and research progress in the clinical application of CENA to provide reference for its future clinical application.
