摘要
东汉著名医学家张仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》中记载的经典方剂葛根汤,具有方小力宏、方简药精的特点,组方精简得当,经过千百年的临床实践验证,仍具有较高的临床实用价值。该方有发汗解表,升津舒经之功效,现代药理学研究发现其具有抑菌抗病毒、解热消炎、镇痛、预防血栓及动脉硬化、抗变态反应、双向免疫调节多种作用,现被广泛应用于临床各类疾病,本文将葛根汤的现代临床应用进行总结描述,为扩展经方的现代临床应用范畴提供新的研究思路。
