“弓背式5点支撑”功能锻炼对腰椎融合术后疼痛的疗效分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of “5-Point Arch Support” Functional Exercise on Pain after Lumbar Fusion

目的:研究“弓背式5点支撑”功能锻炼治疗腰椎融合术后疼痛的疗效分析。方法:回顾性分析襄阳市中医医院脊柱骨科2021年11月~2021年12月收治的腰椎融合手术患者56例,按入院时间随机分为两组,对照组采用常规腰椎融合术后早期(住院期间)功能锻炼干预,实验组在对照组的基础上,出院后采用“弓背式5点支撑”功能锻炼法干预,对比两组锻炼方式在直腿抬高试验角度、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS评分)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)及腰椎日本骨科学会评分(JOA评分)的差异。结果:入院后14天两组治疗效果比较,实验组显效率(71.43%)较对照组(57.14%)高;入院时及术后第三天两组VAS评分、ODI评分及JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);术后14天,两组间差异有统计学意义(tVAS = 4.330, tODI = 3.508, TJOA = 4.865, P < 0.05)。结论:“弓背式5点支撑”功能锻炼对腰椎融合术后疼痛的疗效为有效。

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of “5-point arch support” functional exercise in the treatment of pain after lumbar fusion. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 56 patients with lumbar fusion surgery admitted to the spinal orthopedics Department of Xiangyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2021, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the time of admission. The control group received early functional exercise intervention after conventional lumbar fusion (during hospitalization), and the experimental group received the intervention based on the control group. After discharge, the “5-point arch support” functional exercise method was used to intervene, and the differences in straight leg elevation test Angle, Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score, Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) and Lumbar spine Japanese Orthopaedic Society score (JOA score) were compared between the two groups. Results: 14 days after admission, the significant efficiency of the experimental group (71.43%) was higher than the control group (57.14%). There was no significant difference in VAS score, ODI score and JOA score between the two groups at admission and the third day after surgery (P > 0.05). At 14 days after surgery, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (tVAS = 4.330, tODI = 3.508, TJOA = 4.865, P < 0.05).
