头针疗法治疗血管性认知障碍的研究进展

Research Progress of Cephalic Acupuncture in the Treatment of Vascular Cognitive Impairment

血管性认知障碍(VCI)是临床上常见的脑血管疾病,在我国的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,给患者和家庭带来严重的心理及经济压力,其发病机制尚不清楚,临床上尚无特效药。针灸是中医学的重要组成部分,随着近年来针灸治疗VCI研究的不断深入,头针逐渐成为重要的治疗方法,也取得了满意的疗效。然而头针治疗方法的种类众多,不同选穴以及不同的操作方法会导致治疗效果存在一定差异。本文针对不同头针疗法治疗VCI的临床研究进展进行综述,以期为临床治疗VCI提供一定的参考依据。

Vascular cognitive impairment (VCI) is a common cerebrovascular disease in clinical practice, and the incidence in China is increasing year by year, bringing serious psychological and economic pressure to patients and families. Acupuncture is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine;with the deepening of acupuncture treatment VCI research in recent years, head acupuncture has gradually become an important treatment and has achieved satisfactory results. However, there are many types of head acupuncture treatments, and different acupuncture selections and different operation methods will lead to certain differences in treatment results. This article reviews the clinical research progress of different cephalic acupuncture therapy in the treatment of VCI, in order to provide a certain reference for the clinical treatment of VCI.
