摘要
火把花根为火把花的根或去根皮的木心为其主要药用部位的卫茅科雷公藤属的一种传统中药,其化学成分丰富,临床及药理机制研究表明其是一种高效低毒,具有抗炎镇痛、免疫抑制等类激素样作用的药物,目前临床上应用于如风湿类疾病、肾脏疾病、皮肤疾病以及免疫反应相关疾病的治疗并取得良好疗效。对近20年火把花根的相关研究及临床应用进行综述,以期为火把花根的机制研究及临床应用提供参考。
Colquhounia Root is a traditional Chinese medicine of the genus Tripterygium elegans, whose main medicinal parts are the root of colquhounia or the root bark of the wood. It is rich in chemical components. It is a high-efficiency and low-toxic drug with hormone-like effects such as anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and immunosuppressive. It is currently clinically used in the treatment of rheumatic diseases, kidney diseases, skin diseases, and immune response-related diseases, and has achieved good results. This paper reviews the related research and clinical application of Colquhounia Root in the past 20 years, in order to provide reference for the mechanism research and clinical application of Colquhounia Root.
