从中医诊治新冠肺炎谈辨病辩证结合的必要性

The Limitations of Single Use of Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of COVID-19 from the Current Situation of TCM Diagnosis and Treatment

目的:探讨中医在诊治新冠肺炎时辨病辩证结合的必要性。方法:通过查询中医诊治新冠肺炎的相关文献、论文,对诊治内容进行分析归纳。结果:在新冠肺炎的中医诊治中,单独使用辩证或辨病论治均存在局限性,辨病辩证相结合是中医临床诊治新冠肺炎的可行方法。结论:中医诊治新冠肺炎,辨病辩证结合具有必要性。

Objective: To explore the limitations of dialectical treatment alone in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19. Methods: By inquiring relevant literature and papers about TCM diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19, the diagnosis and treatment contents were analyzed and summarized. Results: In TCM diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19, dialectical treatment alone has limitations. Conclusion: The diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in traditional Chinese medicine should be dialectically combined with disease differentiation and avoid the use of dialectical treatment alone.
