创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)是一种复杂的精神疾病,并有很高的其他精神障碍共病率。针灸在PTSD治疗中取得较好的疗效,且操作简便、无明显不良反应。通过整理文献,分析该病的发病机理,探讨针灸治疗该病的作用途径、机制及临床疗效,以期为该病的研究及临床治疗提供依据。

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a complex mental illness, with a high comorbidity rate of other mental disorders. Acupuncture has achieved good results in treating PTSD, it is easy to operate and has no obvious side effects. This paper expounds the pathogenesis of the disease, discusses the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the disease and the effectiveness of the treatment. It aims to provide a basis information for further research and clinical treatment.
