Professor Li Yunhai’s Clinical Experience in Treating Distention and Fullness with Banxia Xiexin Decoction

痞满,多属于“寒热错杂、本虚标实”之证,其核心为脾胃气机升降失常。李云海教授多年来从事中医药防治脾胃病的研究,擅长运用半夏泻心汤加减治疗痞满,组方精巧,用药灵活,重视补气健脾,调畅气机;辛开苦降,寒热并调。本文将结合李云海教授验案,分析总结其临证经验。

Distention and Fullness, mostly belongs to the syndrome of “mixed cold and heat, deficiency and excess”, and its core is the abnormal rise and fall of spleen and stomach qi. Professor Li Yunhai has been engaged in the research of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases for many years, and is good at using Banxia Xiexin decoction to treat Distention and Fullness, ingenious prescription, flexible medication, paying attention to tonifying qi and invigorating spleen, regulating smooth qi machine, bitter pain and cold and heat. This paper will analyze and summarize Professor Li Yunhai’s clinical experience in combination with medical record.
