中医定向透药疗法对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Penetration Therapy on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy, DPN)是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,严重威胁着患者的生命健康,但目前仍缺乏有效的治疗手段。近年来中医定向透药法将传统中医疗法与现代医疗技术相结合,在临床中对DPN患者的局部症状进行治疗效果显著。本文概述了中西医学对于DPN的不同认识,并且总结了中医定向透药疗法对DPN的临床研究进展,并探讨了未来潜在的治疗前景,以期为中医定向透药疗法治疗DPN提供新的思路和方法。

Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) is one of the most common complications of diabetes, which seriously threatens the life and health of patients, but there is still a lack of effective treatment. In recent years, the traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration method combines traditional Chinese medicine therapy with modern medical technology, and has a significant effect on the local symptoms of DPN patients in clinical practice. This paper summarizes the different understandings of DPN in Chinese and Western medicine, and summarizes the clinical research pro- gress of TCM directional penetration therapy on DPN, and discusses the potential treatment prospects in the future, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of DPN by TCM directional penetration therapy.
