中医药改善中晚期原发性肝癌生存预后的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Improving Survival and Prognosis of Advanced Primary Liver Cancer

原发性肝癌是我国常见恶性肿瘤疾病,具有病变隐匿、恶性程度高、生存期短等特点。中医药从整体观念出发,强调辨病与辩证有机结合,在明确其病因病机的条件下制定相应的诊疗方案,由于现代医学存在诊疗方案单一以及介入时机难把握等问题,随着对中医药应用于肝癌治疗的研究和临床观察不断深入,其在原发性肝癌的诊疗方面展现出了一定优势,可以减轻西医治疗后患者的不良反应,改善证候情况,延长患者生存期。本文通过检索相关文献,从原发性肝癌病因病机、辨证论治、中西医结合诊疗、中药方剂疗效等方面进行综述。

Primary liver cancer is a common malignant tumor disease in China, which is characterized by insidious lesions, a high degree of malignancy, and a short survival period. Starting from the overall concept, traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the organic combination of disease differentiation and dialectics and formulates corresponding diagnosis and treatment plans under the condition of clarifying the etiology and pathogenesis. Due to the problem of single diagnosis and treatment plans and difficult timing of intervention in modern medicine, researches and clinical observations applied to the treatment of liver cancer continue to deepen with the development of traditional Chinese medicine. And it has shown certain advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer. It can reduce the adverse reactions of patients after Western medicine treatment, improve the symptoms, and prolong the survival period of patients. In this paper, by retrieving related kinds of literature, the etiology and pathogenesis of primary liver cancer, syndrome differentiation, and treatment, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment, and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are reviewed.
