经皮穴位电刺激在骨科临床中应用进展

Progress of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation in Orthopedic Clinical Application

经皮穴位电刺激(Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation, TEAS)作为结合中医穴位理论与经皮神经电刺激理论的一种新型安全无创、简便易行的穴位刺激方法,被证实具有和电针相同的治疗作用。近年来学术界不断报道其运用于骨科临床中,不仅可获得良好的镇痛效果,而且可在术中降低麻醉药用量,保护心脑肾器官功能,预防体温下降,还可降低术后炎症及应激反应,预防术后谵妄、尿潴留等,帮助患者快速康复。因其操作简易,疗效明确,应用广泛,或将成为快速康复理念下骨科围术期常规治疗方式。本文就经皮穴位电刺激的骨科临床应用价值、作用机制、研究进展及目前存在的不足之处等相关内容作一综述,以供后续基础及临床研究参阅。

Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS), as a new safe, non-invasive and easy-to- use acupoint stimulation method combining TCM acupoint theory and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation theory, has been proven to have the same therapeutic effects as electroacupuncture. In recent years, its use in orthopedic clinics has been continuously reported, which not only can obtain good analgesic effect, but also can reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs during surgery, protect the function of heart, brain and kidney organs, prevent the drop of body temperature, as well as reduce postoperative inflammation and stress reaction, prevent postoperative delirium and urinary reten-tion, and help patients recover quickly. Because of its easy operation, clear efficacy and wide appli-cation, it may become a routine treatment modality in the perioperative period of orthopedics un-der the concept of rapid recovery. This paper reviews the value, mechanism of action, research pro-gress and current shortcomings of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation in orthopedic clinical applications for subsequent basic and clinical research.
