小檗碱微球的最新研究进展

摘要 目的:综述小檗碱(BBR)微球的最新研究进展,为进一步的相关工作提供有益参考。方法:以“小檗碱”“盐酸小檗碱”“黄连素”“微球”“Berberine”“Berberine hydrochloride”“microsphere”为检索词,逐一和联合检索中国知网、维普、万方和PubMed数据库,对每一个检索界面进行逐一筛选。结果和结论:最终筛选出23篇目标文献。文献分析表明:微球可显著的增加BBR的生物利用度,对BBR具有很好的缓释效应。未来应当着眼于对BBR微球功能的进一步开发,丰富其制备材料的种类,根据所需要的微球参数优化已有微球的制备方法和用量、开发相对于单一基质具有更多功能的复合剂型,微球的药理作用与目标药物相结合,进一步提高载药率、使药物精准释放,解决相关微球的死吸附问题从而避免因微球基质的性质降低目标药物的利用率,控时释放药物以进一步提高药物的利用率、安全性、精准给药和降低制备成本,完善基础实验以便其能更早的服务于各行业。 Objective: To review the latest research progress of berberine (BBR) microspheres, and to provide useful reference for further related work. Methods: “小檗碱” “盐酸小檗碱” “黄连素” “微球” “Berber-ine” “Berberine hydrochloride” “microsphere” were retrieved one by one and jointly from CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and PubMed databases, and each retrieval interface was screened one by one. Results and Conclusion: 23 target literatures were selected. Literature analysis shows that microspheres can significantly increase the bioavailability of BBR and have a good slow-release effect on BBR. In the future, we should focus on the further development of the functions of BBR microspheres, enrich the types of preparation materials, optimize the preparation method and dosage of existing micro-spheres according to the required microsphere parameters, develop composite dosage forms with more functions than a single matrix, and combine the pharmacological action of microspheres with the target drugs to further improve the drug loading rate and enable accurate drug release. Solve the problem of dead adsorption of related microspheres to avoid reducing the utilization rate of target drugs due to the nature of microsphere matrix, control the release of drugs to further im-prove the utilization rate, safety, precise drug delivery and reduce the preparation cost, and im-prove the basic experiment so that it can serve various industries earlier.
