本文旨在探讨并回顾性分析1名干燥综合征患者合并股骨头坏死的临床资料,本案是一例pSS合并股骨头坏死、视神经萎缩的复杂病例,针对pSS及并发症,中医药在改善其症状、兼顾并发症及降低复发的风险方面具有积极的作用。本病例的治疗充分体现了中医整体观念和辨证论治的治疗理念。结合地域、环境,立足于人,从脏腑、三焦、气血津液、卫气营血、六经等多个方面进行辨证分析,以汤药和中成药结合的形式,达到滋阴润燥,益精填髓,养肝明目之效,从而缓解患者的口眼干燥,髋骨疼痛,视物模糊等不适症状,辅以中医养生调护,避免病情复发。随访症状得到持续缓解,患者得到了很好的治疗效果。

This paper aims to explore and retrospectively analyze the clinical data of a patient with Sjogren’s syndrome and femoral head necrosis. This case is a complex case of pSS combined with femoral head necrosis and optic atrophy. Traditional Chinese medicine has a positive effect on improving symptoms, taking into account complications, and reducing the risk of recurrence of pSS and its complications. The treatment of this case fully reflects the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment concept of syndrome differentiation. Combined with the region and en-vironment, based on the people, the dialectical analysis is carried out from the viscera, triple ener-gizer, qi blood body fluid, wei qi ying blood, six meridians and other aspects. In the form of combi-nation of decoction and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations, the effect of nourishing yin and dryness, nourishing essence and marrow, nourishing liver and improving eye-sight is achieved, so as to alleviate the patient’s discomfort symptoms such as dry mouth and eye, hip bone pain, blurred vision, etc., supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine health care, to avoid relapse. The symptoms were continuously alleviated during the follow-up, and the patient achieved good treatment results.
