从针具的发展浅谈治疗方法的选择

针具是进行针灸治疗的基础,针具的发展一直同针灸理论相辅相成。从砭石到九针再到当今诸多改进的针具,针具在不断进行革新。在革新过程中针具最适合的治疗方法是否也随之变化?本文回顾了从石器时代到现代针具的发展,以及各种针具对应的最适合的针灸疗法。从针具发展的原因,指导针具进行操作的针灸指导思想的角度,就针灸临床中针具与其相适应的疗法对应关系进行思考,并对相关问题进行探讨。希望从这些问题的思考中能探求现代针具能有更好的针灸治疗方法,提高针灸治病的针对性与临床疗效。

Acupuncture tool is the basis for acupuncture treatment, and the development of acupuncture tool has always been complementary to the theory of acupuncture. From needle stone to nine needles to many improved needles today, needles are constantly innovating. Has the most suitable treatment method changed during the process of innovation? This article considers the correspondence be-tween acupuncture tool and its corresponding therapy in acupuncture and moxibustion, and dis-cusses related issues. It is hoped that from thinking of these problems, we can find better methods of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment with modern acupuncture tools, and improve the per-tinence and clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.
