胃食管反流病是临床上常见的一种以烧心、反酸为主要特点的消化系统疾病。本文从中医对胃食管反流病的认识、病因病机、辩证分析、临床诊治方面对该病的研究现状进行了综述。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a common digestive system disease characterized by heartburn and acid reflux. This paper summarizes the research status of gastroesophageal reflux disease from the aspects of TCM understanding, etiology and pathogenesis, dialectical analysis and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
