中药通过调控自噬信号通路治疗阿尔茨海默症的研究进展

摘要 阿尔茨海默症是大脑中枢神经系统常见的神经退行性疾病,因其发病机制复杂,尚无有效策略可以治疗。自噬是指溶酶体将异常折叠蛋白和衰老或受损细胞器进行降解和清除的过程,具有维持细胞内环境稳态的作用,自噬的功能失调会加速阿尔茨海默症的发展。多项研究发现中药可以通过调节细胞自噬,保护神经元,清除受损线粒体,减少毒性蛋白和淀粉样斑块的积累,有效防治阿尔茨海默症。基于相关研究,对中药通过调控自噬信号通路治疗阿尔茨海默症的研究进展进行综述,为中药治疗阿尔茨海默症提供依据。 Alzheimer’s disease is a common neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system of the brain, and there is no effective strategy to treat it because of its complex pathogenesis. Autophagy is the process by which lysosomes degrade and remove abnormally folded proteins and senescent or damaged organelles, which has the function of maintaining the homeostasis of the intracellular en-vironment, and dysfunction of autophagy will accelerate the development of Alzheimer’s disease. Several studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine can effectively prevent and control Alzheimer’s disease by regulating cellular autophagy, protecting neurons, clearing damaged mito-chondria, and reducing the accumulation of toxic proteins and amyloid plaques. Based on the rele-vant studies, the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating Alzheimer’s disease by regulating autophagy signaling pathway is reviewed to provide a basis for the treatment of Alz-heimer’s disease by traditional Chinese medicine.
