针法辅助治疗血管性痴呆研究进展

血管性痴呆是神经系统疾病疑难杂症之一,患者患病率逐年升高,对患者及医疗体系造成严重负担。针法治疗血管性痴呆的临床效果较好,其机制主要是通过刺激相关穴位,促进脑血管流变,保护受损神经元,抑制炎症反应,以达到改善临床症状的目的。现对针法辅助治疗血管性痴呆的相关研究进展进行归纳分析,以期为临床提供更有效的治疗方案。

Vascular dementia is one of the most difficult and complex diseases of the nervous system, the prevalence of patients is increasing year by year, causing a serious burden to patients and the med-ical system. Acupuncture therapy has a good clinical effect on vascular dementia, and its mecha-nism is mainly to improve clinical symptoms by stimulating relevant acupoints, promoting cere-brovascular rheology, protecting damaged neurons and inhibiting inflammatory response. This ar-ticle summarized and analyzed the research progress of acupuncture assisted treatment of vascular dementia, in order to provide a more effective treatment plan for clinical.
