中成药辅助治疗肾病综合征的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Patent Medicine in Adjuvant Treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome

肾病综合征是以大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血症、高脂血症及水肿为特征的一组临床综合征。西医治疗以常规激素、免疫抑制剂、细胞毒药物为主,配合抗凝、降脂、降压等方案,尽管此类药物在短期内发挥良好疗效,但其毒副作用大,部分患者出现激素依赖或激素抵抗等问题。中成药治疗肾病综合征在临床应用广泛,如黄葵胶囊、肾炎康复片、百令胶囊等,疗效逐渐被认可,随着药理研究的深入,作用机制逐渐明确。中西联合用药方案在临床中常见,且安全性较高。本文就从辨证施治使用中成药、配合激素不同使用时期、类免疫抑制剂中药三方面阐述中成药在肾病综合征中的应用现状。

Nephrotic syndrome is a group of clinical syndromes characterized by massive proteinuria, hypo-proteinemia, hyperlipidemia and edema. Western medicine treatment is mainly based on conven-tional hormones, immunosuppressive agents, cytotoxic drugs, combined with anticoagulation, li-pid-lowering, antihypertensive and other programs. Although such drugs have a good effect in the short term, their toxic and side effects are large, and some patients have problems such as hormone dependence or hormone resistance. Chinese patent medicine is widely used in the treatment of ne-phrotic syndrome in clinical practice, such as Huangkui capsule, Shenyankangfu tablet, Bailing capsule, etc. The curative effect is gradually recognized. With the deepening of pharmacological re-search, the mechanism of action is gradually clear. The combination of Chinese and Western medi-cine is common in clinical practice and has high safety. This paper expounds the application status of Chinese patent medicine in nephrotic syndrome from three aspects: The use of Chinese patent medicine based on syndrome differentiation, the use of hormones in different periods, and the use of immunosuppressive Chinese medicine.
