近年来针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis in Recent Years

痛风性关节炎(GA)是由于嘌呤代谢障碍和尿酸水平升高导致尿酸盐沉积于关节而引起的一种代谢性疾病。随着人民生活水平的改善以及饮食结构的变化,GA的患病率逐年升高,其病程迁延,反复不愈,不仅严重影响患者的生活质量,还给患者及家属带来了巨大的精神及经济负担。相较于西医治疗,针灸治疗具有不良反应较少、疗效确切的优势。笔者整理近年来针灸治疗GA的相关文献,旨在为中医临床诊疗提供借鉴。

Gouty Arthritis (GA) is a metabolic disease caused by impaired purine metabolism and elevated uric acid levels leading to urate deposition in the joints. With the improvement of people’s living standard and the change in diet structure, the prevalence of GA is increasing year by year, and the course of the disease is prolonged and repeated, which not only seriously affects the quality of life of the patients, but also brings great mental and economic burden to the patients and their families. Compared with Western medical treatment, acupuncture treatment has the advantages of less adverse reactions and precise efficacy. The authors have compiled the relevant literature on the treatment of GA with acupuncture in recent years, aiming to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine.
