《灵枢·官针》“五刺”法的临床研究进展

摘要 刺法者针道之用也,是针灸临床应用的理论基础,刺法在《灵枢·官针》篇中的记载最为详实,主要包括五刺、九刺、十二刺,五刺以应五脏,九刺以应九变,十二刺以应十二经。其中,“五刺”法包含半刺、豹文刺、合谷刺、关刺和输刺5种不同的针刺方法。本研究通过查阅文献,对“五刺”法进行深入探询,将近几年“五刺”法治疗相关疾病的临床运用和研究进展进行总结,以期为临床应用“五刺”法治疗五体病和五脏病提供参考依据。 The use of acupuncture is the theoretical basis for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion. The method of pricking is the most detailed in the chapter Ling Shu-Official Needle, which mainly includes five pricks, nine pricks and twelve pricks, five pricks to correspond to the five organs, nine pricks to correspond to the nine changes, and twelve pricks to correspond to the twelve meridians. Among them, the “five-prick” method contains five different types of needling methods: half-prick, leopard-wen prick, hegu prick, guan prick, and lose prick. In this study, the “five-prick” method was inquired deeply by reviewing the literature, and the clinical application and research progress of the “five-prick” method in the treatment of related diseases in recent years were summarized, in order to provide a reference basis for the clinical application of the “five-prick” method in the treatment of five-body diseases and five-organ diseases.
