摘要
重症肺炎(Severe pneumonia, SP)是近年来全球范围内出现的一种严重的呼吸系统疾病,其发病机制复杂,治疗难度大。SP的发病机制主要涉及氧化应激反应、宿主免疫反应和病原体侵入等方面。目前,治疗SP的方法主要包括抗感染、机械通气、抗休克、循环支持等药物治疗,中医药作为中医药文化的重要组成部分,在SP的防治上也有着不俗的成效。本文基于相关文献研究,将对SP的中西医研究进展做一综述,为SP的治疗及中医药防治SP研究提供参考,同时也对中医药的发展与推广起到积极的推动作用。
Severe pneumonia is a serious respiratory disease that has emerged worldwide in recent years, and its pathogenesis is complex and difficult to treat. The pathogenesis of SP mainly involves oxidative stress response, host immune response and pathogen invasion and so on. At present, the treatment of SP mainly includes anti-infection, mechanical ventilation, anti-shock, circulatory support and other drug treatment, traditional Chinese medicine as an important part of the culture of traditional Chinese medicine, in the prevention and treatment of SP has also had remarkable results. Based on the relevant literature research, this article will review the research progress of SP in Chinese and Western medicine, provide a reference for the treatment of SP and the prevention and treatment of SP by Chinese medicine, and also play a positive role in promoting the development and promotion of Chinese medicine.
