农泽宁教授运用董氏奇穴治疗肩周炎验案

Professor Nong Ze-Ning’s Application of Dong’s Extraordinary Acupoints to Treat Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

董氏奇穴虽有别于传统的十四经穴,但其基于传统的经络系统演变发展而来,有所创新,独具特色。肩周炎是指肩关节周围组织发生的慢性非特异性炎症,以肩关节疼痛伴活动受限为主要临床表现,影响患者的日常生活。针对肩周炎的治疗,农泽宁教授经过临床实践,基于董氏针灸奇正相通理论、全息律理论,运用董氏奇穴侧三里穴、侧下三里穴、肾关穴,配合动气针法治疗肩周炎,效果显著。该文将通过一则案例介绍农泽宁教授基于董氏针灸学治疗肩周炎的经验。Although Dong’s extraordinary acupoints are different from the traditional fourteen meridians, they are based on the evolution of the traditional meridian system and are innovative and unique. Scapulohumeral periarthritis refers to the chronic non-specific inflammation of the surrounding tissues of the shoulder joint. The main clinical manifestation is shoulder pain with limited mobility, which affects the daily life of patients. Professor Nong Ze-Ning has gone through clinical practice in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Based on Dong’s theory of Qi-Zheng interlinked acupuncture and holographic law, Professor Nong Ze-Ning uses Dong’s extra points, such as lateral Sanli point, lateral Sanli point and Shenguan point, to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis with dynamic acupuncture. The effect is remarkable. This article will introduce Professor Nong Ze-Ning’s experience in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder based on Dong’s acupuncture and moxibustion through a case.
