靳三针结合康复训练治疗脑瘫患儿运动障碍的临床研究

Clinical Effect of Jin’s Three Needle Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Movement Disorders in Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的:观察靳三针结合康复训练治疗脑瘫患儿运动障碍的临床疗效。方法:将2023年6月~2024年6月于自贡市第一人民医院就诊的60例脑瘫患儿随机分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。对照组予常规康复训练,治疗组在上述基础上加入靳三针治疗。比较两组粗大运动功能评估量表(GMFM-88)、改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表(MAS)、精细运动功能评价量表(PDMS-2)的分值变化,从而评价患儿在粗大运动、痉挛程度及抓握能力方面的临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后GMFM-88、MAS、PDMS-2评分均较治疗前改善(P P Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jin’s three needle combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of movement disorders in children with cerebral palsy. Methods: Sixty children with cerebral palsy treated in Zigong First People’s Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the treatment group was added Jin’s three needle on the basis of above. The GMFM-88, the MAS and the PDMS-2 were compared between the two groups, so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the children in gross motor function, spasticity degree and grasping ability. Results: After treatment, the GMFM-88, MAS and PDMS-2 scores of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment (P P < 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment. Conclusion: Jin’s three needle combined with rehabilitation training can improve the motor function of children with cerebral palsy, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
