益气活血法治疗膜性肾病的研究进展

Research Progress on the Treatment of Membranous Nephropathy with the Method of Benefiting Qi and Activating Blood

膜性肾病(Membranous Nephropathy, MN)是一种常见的肾小球疾病,进展为终末期肾病(End Stage Renal Disease, ESRD)的风险较高,严重危害人体健康,加重社会负担。依据中医理论,气虚血瘀是MN发病的重要病机,益气活血是其基本治法,近年来中医药学者基于益气活血法探索中医治疗MN取得了显著成就,现从古今医家对该病的认识以及近年来相关的实验研究和临床研究最新研究成果进行综述,以期提高其在临床应用中的效果。Membranous Nephropathy (MN) is a common glomerular disease with a high risk of progressing to End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), posing a significant threat to human health and increasing the burden on society. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, qi deficiency and blood stasis are important pathogenic mechanisms of MN, and benefiting qi and activating blood is a fundamental treatment approach. In recent years, scholars of traditional Chinese medicine have made significant achievements in exploring the treatment of MN based on the method of benefiting qi and activating blood. This article reviews the understanding of this disease by ancient and modern doctors, as well as the latest research findings from relevant experimental and clinical studies in recent years, aiming to enhance its effectiveness in clinical application.
