中西医结合治疗周围性面神经炎的研究进展

Research Progress on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

周围性面瘫为现代临床的常见性、多发性疾病。中医治疗周围性面瘫有其独特的优势,近年来中医对周围性面瘫的治疗方法层出不穷,包括针刺、艾灸、推拿、中药,等。本文旨在总结近几年来中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫的方法现状,为未来周围性面瘫治疗提供有价值的参考,以便对生理和心理上遭受双重打击的周围性面瘫患者提供更加安全,更少痛苦、更为经济、更加全面的中西医结合治疗。Peripheral facial paralysis is a common and frequent disease in modern clinics. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has unique advantages in treating peripheral facial palsy, and in recent years, TCM treatments for peripheral facial palsy have emerged in a variety of ways, including acupuncture, moxibustion, Tuina and traditional Chinese medicine, among others. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the current status of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatments for peripheral facial palsy in recent years, and to provide valuable references for the future treatment of peripheral facial palsy, in order to provide safer, less painful, more economical, and more comprehensive treatment for patients with peripheral facial palsy who have suffered from both physiological and psychological blows.
