中医药治疗脑出血的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Intracerebral Hemorrhage

中医药对脑出血的治疗具有较好疗效。现已证实诸多单味中药、复方中药及针灸手法可用于脑出血的临床治疗,其均可明显改善患者的受损神经功能,加快水肿吸收,减小血肿体积,促进患者身体恢复,提高患者生活质量。但目前对脑出血不同证候的病因病机、证候特点、诊疗机制的研究尚不够明确,辨证分型标准尚不统一,研究中存在偏倚因素等问题均制约了中医药在脑出血治疗中的应用。本文通过分析总结中医药在脑出血治疗领域的独特方法与作用机理,为临床医生优化脑出血治疗方案提供新思路。Traditional Chinese medicine has shown good therapeutic effects in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage. It has been proven that many single herbs, compound herbs, and acupuncture techniques can be used in the clinical treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage, they can all significantly improve the damaged neural function, accelerate the absorption of edema, reduce the size of the hematoma, promote the recovery of the body of the patients, and improve the quality of life of the patients. However, the current research on the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical features, and treatment mechanism of different syndromes of intracerebral hemorrhage is not clear enough, the unified diagnostic and classification criteria are not established, the problems of bias factors in the research and other constraints have limited the application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage. This article analyzes and summarizes the unique methods and mechanisms of action of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage, providing new ideas for clinicians to optimize the treatment plan.
