Research Status and Thinking on the Evaluation of Resilient City

基于可持续发展理念的韧性城市建设成为推进现代城市建设管理的重要组成部分,本文介绍了韧性城市基本内容和研究进展及若干代表性韧性城市建设的实践经验做法,综述分析了韧性城市评价目标方法以及评价体系技术指标的构建要素,围绕我国韧性城市建设过程有关如何把握规划管理评价指标相关问题,进行了思考讨论分析。

The construction of resilient city based on the concept of sustainable development has become an important part of promoting modern urban construction and management. This paper introduces the basic content and research progress of resilient city and some representative practical expe-riences and practices of resilient city construction, summarizes and analyzes the evaluation objec-tives and methods of resilient city and the construction elements of technical indicators of evalua-tion system How to grasp the evaluation index of planning management in the process of con-struction is discussed and analyzed.
