城市化背景下农户土地利用行为研究综述

A Summary of Researches on Farmers’ Land Use Behaviors under the Background of Urbanization

农户作为农业生产的基本组织单元,是研究农村土地问题的关键。受城市化影响,农户土地利用行为发生较大变化。本研究基于中国知网(CNKI)数据库,以“农户”、“土地利用行为”为关键词,搜索有关研究文献。研究发现,我们在农户土地利用行为方面已有一定的研究基础。但是,还存在一定提升空间。基于宏观层面的研究居多,而从农户层面研究土地利用行为的研究相对较少。目前,虽然有部分学者已经开始从农户层面入手,研究和分析农户土地利用行为,且已经取得了一定的研究成果。但是,以耕地质量变化为落脚点,对农户土地利用行为后评价方面的研究有待深入。

As the basic organizational unit of agricultural production, farmers are the key to study rural land issues. Affected by urbanization, the land use behaviors of farmers have undergone major changes. This research is based on the CNKI database, using “farmers” and “land use behavior” as keywords to search for relevant research literature. The study found that we have a certain research foundation in the land use behavior of farmers. However, there is still room for improvement. The research based on the macro level is in the majority, while the research on land use behavior from the farmer level is relatively rare. At present, although some scholars have begun to study and analyze the land use behavior of farmers from the level of farmers, and have achieved certain research results. However, the research based on the change of cultivated land quality, and post-evaluation of farmers'land use behavior needs to be more in-depth study.
