班主任金字塔式管理

摘要 伴随着教育体制改革的进一步深入,社会范围内对学生整体素质要求逐步提升,与此相关的教师专业能力和班主任班级综合管理能力,被提升到学校教育教学工作的重点位置。本文结合笔者近半年来在贵州师范大学经济与管理学院的班主任工作经历,通过对现有文献和理论搜集和整理之后,总结出了一种新型的班主任班级管理关系图——金字塔式管理。文章先从金字塔式管理的内涵着手,提出了班主任快速构建班级金字塔的些许途径步骤,进而简单分析了金字塔式管理在任课教师、班干部和班主任各个层面所存在的诸多问题。尔后,针对具体问题提出了相关的对策建议,望能对班主任班级管理工作起到积极作用。 Along with the further reform of education system, within the scope of social requirements for students’ overall quality, stepping up the related comprehensive management ability of teacher's professional ability and the teacher in charge of class was promoted to the focus of the school education teaching work location. In this paper, combined with the author the half-year in Guizhou Normal University Institute of Economics and Management of the teacher in charge work experience, through collecting and organizing of existing literature and theory, summarizes a new type of teacher in class diagram—pyramid management. The article starts from the connotation of the pyramid management first, put forward the way and some steps to the teacher in charge to quickly build the pyramids, and then simply analyzes the pyramid management all levels in the teacher and the class cadre and the teacher in charge of many problems, and then puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the specific problem, hoping to play a positive role for the teacher in class management work.
