全英班护理本科生在临床实习过程中存在的问题及对策

摘要 我院从2013年开始招收全英教学模式护理学专业学生,对全英班护生的临床技能培养采取分阶段培养模式,实习期内每2个月进行1次实习返校日会议。笔者通过全程参与2013~2015级全英班护生实习返校日座谈会,采取回顾性研究,总结出全英班护生在实习过程中存在的一系列问题,并针对这些问题,拟定相应对策,希望在今后护生的实习中互相学习,促进全英班护生实习过程的顺利开展。 Since 2013, our college has enrolled nursing students majoring in all-English teaching mode. The clinical skills training of all-English teaching nursing students was carried out in staged mode, and the internship day meeting was held every two months during the internship. The author partici-pated in the seminar on returning to school day of all-English teaching nursing students in grade 2013 to 2015. Through a retrospective study, the author summarized a series of problems existing in the process of the clinical practice, and worked out corresponding solutions, hoping to help them learn from each other and promote the internship more smoothly in the future.
