摘要
校企合作共建实践基地,实现产教融合提升人才培养质量,作为我国教育理念和人才培养方式转向的具体举措一经提出,理论和实践层面便探索出了很多产教融合的具体实现路径和多种形式,但也存在着“不对接”、“不愿接”和“不敢接”等诸多问题。本文以温州商学院金融学专业校外实践平台构建实践为例,从理念创新、机制创新和实践内容与形式模式创新三个维度剖析产教研学深度融合长效机制的构建,并结合其他相关校企合作实践中所存在的问题,对未来如何促使《国家产教融合建设试点实施方案》的落地,从理念创新、供给端和需求端联动对接、绩效测评体系创建等方面提出了几点体会。
The practice base of school-enterprise cooperation, as the major way of transforming the education concept and the model of talent training, has achieved many specific paths and forms on the integration of industry and education in the field of theory and practice, but there are also many problems such as “no connection”, “unwilling to connect” and “daring not connect”. This paper takes the outside-college campus practice base of financing major in Wenzhou business school as an example, to analyze the construction of long-term mechanism of deep integration of production, teaching, research and learning from three dimensions of innovation of concept, mechanism innovation, practice content and mode innovation. At last, we will put forward some experiences from idea innovation, linkage and docking between supply and demand side, and establishment of performance evaluation system, to promote implementation effect of “the pilot implementation plan of national integration of production and teaching” in the future.
