摘要
复旦大学上海医学院于2013年重启儿科专业定向培养招生方案,紧扣“卓越儿科医学人才培养”,通过设立新制度、改进三位一体教学模式、全面构建师资体系等途径,探索儿科专业医学本科生的培养体系。
In 2013, Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University restarted the enrollment of the under-graduate students in Pediatrics. To cultivate medical talents in Pediatrics, a serious of educational innovations and practices were carried out, including the establishment of new education system, the improvement of three-in-one teaching model, and the construction of a well-rounded training system to teachers in Pediatrics.
