摘要
当今中国正进入一个各行各业转型升级深度变革的时代,在过去30年当中依靠低技术含量劳动密集型产业创造的“中国制造”已经不能满足我国经济社会发展的要求,高素质技能型人才正是当前我国行业升级变革的依靠。担负着为国家培养大批高素质高岗位职业能力的一线产业劳动者重任的中等职业教育也同样在经历着深层次的革新。“目标任务驱动”教学法是师生通过共同实施一个完整的目标任务而进行的教学活动,其核心是“目标任务”,“目标任务”的设计要注重承上启下,要具有层次感和完整性。“目标任务驱动”实施过程就是将学生的认识提升到一个新高度,它的实施过程既需要发挥教师的主导作用,又需要体现学生的主体作用,有利于课堂教学的质量和效益的提升。
