摘要 车站站务员作为城市轨道交通重要的职业工种之一,其技术业务能力直接影响到车站日常运作管理与服务质量,《城市轨道交通站务管理》是城市轨道交通运营管理专业的一门专业核心课程,站务员技能大赛的人才衡量标准一直以来都是行业技术人才培养的参考依据。因此,在教学过程中,需充分对接城市轨道交通车站站务员技能大赛项目标准要求,以工作过程系统化设计为导向进行课程改革,力求培养出综合素质高、竞赛能力强的高素质技能人才。 Station attendants are one of the important professional trades in urban rail transit, and their technical and business ability directly affects the daily operation management and service quality of stations. Urban Rail Transit Station Management is a core course for the major of urban rail transit operation management. The talent measurement standard of the station attendant skills contest has always been the reference basis for the training of technical talents in the industry. Therefore, in the process of teaching, it is necessary to fully meet the standard requirements of the skills contest for station attendants in urban rail transit stations, and carry out curriculum reform guided by the systematic design of work process, so as to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel with high comprehensive quality and strong competitive ability.
