探析家政业职业培训的质量与效果——以某国际家政学院为例

Analyze the Quality and Effect of Professional Training in Domestic Economics—Taking an International Home Economics College as an Example

我国家政行业在政府和市场的双重作用下迎来高速发展阶段,但存在行业标准不成熟、水平参差不齐、供需矛盾等许多问题。通过职业培训培养出符合市场需求的家政从业人员是解决上述问题的关键。本文基于对某国际家政学院所培训学员的调研和访谈情况,对家政职业培训质量进行研究,认为有效的家政职业培训确实能提高从业者专业技能,进而带来工资收入的提高或经济能力的提升,同时职业培训在提升女性的自信心上能起到积极作用。这些效果与培训机构拥有培训体系完善、加盟商数量多、培训与就业一体化、良性互动机制、反哺式培训、科技化程度高以及产教结合等诸多行业优势有密切的关系。

Under the dual role of the government and the market, political industry in China has ushered in a stage of rapid development, but there are many problems such as immature industry standards, uneven levels, and contradictions between supply and demand. Cultivating domestic workers who meet market demands through vocational training is the key to solving the above-mentioned problems. Based on the research and interviews of trainees trained by an international home economics college, this article conducts research on the quality of domestic professional training, and believes that effective domestic professional training can indeed improve the professional skills of practitioners, thereby bringing about an increase in wages or economic capacity. At the same time, vocational training can play a positive role in enhancing the self-confidence of women. These effects are closely related to many industry advantages such as a complete training system, a large number of franchisees, an integration of training and employment, a benign interaction mechanism, back-feeding training, a high degree of technology, and the integration of production and education.
