摘要 新时代赋予了思政课教师落实立德树人根本任务的历史使命,思政课教师是否具有强烈的职业使命感是落实这一历史使命的关键。诸多现实因素影响了高职院校思政课教师职业使命感的生成和增强。通过对现实制约因素进行分析,提出了三个有效增强高职院校思政课教师职业使命感的途径:1) 通过真学、真懂、真信马克思主义厚植内在认同根基;2) 营造高职院校思政课教师使命感增强的外部环境;3) 夯实高职院校思政课教师使命感增强的现实基础。 The new era has given ideological and political teachers the historical mission of fulfilling the fundamental task of cultivating the youth. Compared with other teachers, the professional mission of ideological and political teachers has its unique connotation. In the new era, the enhancement of the sense of professional mission of ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges is of great practical significance, but the generation and enhancement of their sense of professional mission is restricted by many realistic factors. Through the analysis of the realistic constraints, there are three effective ways to enhance the sense of mission of ideological and political teachers: 1) To build a solid foundation of belief through true learning, true understanding, and true belief in Marxism;2) To optimize the social environment and atmosphere to enhance the confidence to be an ideological and political teacher;3) To consolidate higher vocational education a realistic basis to enhance the sense of professional mission of ideological and political teachers.
