摘要 自我效能感探寻的是“愿不愿意学,会不会学”的问题,直接关系到中学生学习主动性和积极性的发挥,影响和制约中职学生学习效果、自信心及积极性。受客观环境和主观认识的影响,中职学生普遍存在自我效能感偏低的情况。探讨中职学校学生如何实现自我效能感的提升成为重要研究问题。为此,对中职学校学生自我效能感现状和存在的主要问题进行研究,分析导致这些问题的影响因素,从社会、学校、教师及学生个人四个方面提出中职学校学生自我效能感的提升策略,探索中职学生自信心、学习思维和学习能力提高的方法,建立中职学生的自尊、自信,提高中职学生的自我认可,促进具备高自我效能感的技术型人才培养。 Self-efficacy explores the question of “willingness to learn, whether to learn”, which is directly related to the exertion of middle school students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm, and affects and restricts the learning effect, self-confidence and enthusiasm of secondary vocational students. Affected by the objective environment and subjective cognition, there are many cases of low self-efficacy among secondary vocational students. It has become an important research issue to explore how students in secondary vocational schools can improve their self-efficacy. Therefore, this paper studies the current situation and main problems of students’ self-efficacy in secondary vocational schools, analyzes the influencing factors leading to these problems, and proposes the improvement of students’ self-efficacy in secondary vocational schools from four aspects: society, school, teachers and students. Strategies to explore the ways to improve the self-confidence, learning thinking and learning ability of secondary vocational students, build the self-esteem and self-confidence of secondary vocational students, improve the self-recognition of secondary vocational students, and promote the cultivation of technical talents.
