“强军梦”视域下高职院校退役复学大学生管理现状分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Management of College Students Who Have Retired from Vocational Colleges and Returned to School from the Perspective of “Strong Military Dream”

“强军梦”不仅是军人的梦想,亦是我们大家的梦想。因此我们应秉承着坚定的信念,大力响应国家的征兵号召,确保“强军梦”能够在每个人的心中澎湃。基于此,本文结合实际思考,首先简要分析了“强军梦”视域下高职院校退役复学大学生的管理现状,其次对“强军梦”视域下高职院校退役大学生管理问题存在原因进行阐述,最后,提出了“强军梦”视域下高校退役复学大学生管理对策。以期对教学部门的相关工作有所帮助。

“Strong military dream” is not only the dream of soldiers, but also the dream of all of us. Therefore, we should uphold a firm belief and vigorously respond to the country’s call for military recruitment to ensure that the “strong military dream” can surge in everyone’s heart. Based on this, combined with practical thinking, this paper first briefly analyzes the management status of retired college students in Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of “strong military dream”, then expounds the reasons for the management problems of retired college students in Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of “strong military dream”, and finally puts forward the management countermeasures of retired college students from the perspective of “strong military dream”, in order to help the relevant work of the teaching department.
