本文针对《维修工程管理》课程思政教育需求,分析课程内容中可融入的思政要素,从民航发展及民航维修发展历程中,挖掘“伟大的中国梦”的民族自信;从适航法规在维修过程中的法律地位体现维修工作中的“生命至上,安全第一”的工作准则;从航空维修过程中人为因素的影响引申到自身社会责任感等教育元素,通过课堂教学和实践,验证有效性。

According to the need for ideological and political education in the course of maintenance engineering management, this paper analyzes the ideological and political elements that can be integrated into the course content, and taps the national self-confidence of “great Chinese dream” from the development of civil aviation and civil aviation maintenance;From the legal status of airworthiness regulations in the maintenance process, it reflects the working principle of “life first, safety first” in the maintenance work;From the influence of human factors in the process of aviation maintenance to educational elements such as their own sense of social responsibility, the effectiveness is verified through classroom teaching and practice.
