摘要
近几十年来,多数医学院校已经开始面向全球招收医学留学生,目的是为了促进医学教育的国际交流,希望培养更多国际医学生。但是,有些院校没有完全考虑学院所提供的教学条件,导致在后续的教学过程中面临各种困难。尤其是在师资方面,没有考虑教师的教学能力,教师的教学经验,教师的英语水平,以及留学生毕业后就业等问题。本文就八年来对医学留学生《神经病学》全英文授课的过程进行反思,希望能引起教师同行的重视。希望通过提供更好的教学条件,能够培养合格的临床医师,使医学留学生在中国毕业后能够尽快地胜任当地的医疗卫生工作。
In recent decades, most medical colleges and universities have begun to recruit medical students from all over the world in order to promote international exchanges in medical education and to cultivate more international medical students. However, some colleges do not fully consider their teaching conditions provided at the early stage, resulting in various difficulties in the subsequent teaching process. Especially in terms of teachers, they do not consider teachers’ teaching ability, teaching experience, English proficiency, and employment of international students after graduation. This paper reflects on the teaching process of Neurology for foreign medical students in the past eight years in order to attract the attention of domestic teachers. It is hoped that by providing better teaching conditions, qualified clinicians can be trained, so that international medical stu-dents can be competent for local medical and health work as soon as possible after graduation in China.
