大学生生殖健康素养与性心理健康关系研究

摘要 探讨大学生生殖健康素养对性心理健康影响,开展生殖健康教育,提升大学生健康素养水平提供实证支持。研究采取随机和整群取样方法,抽取天津市8所高校的5408名学生,采用大学生生殖健康素养评估量表、青春期性心理健康量表进行调查研究。结果:(1)大学生生殖健康素养:女生(120.57 ±10.43)高于男生(116.04 ±17.67);大二(123.30 ±14.85)高于大一(114.71 ±13.43);正在热恋(123.29 ±10.70)高于曾经恋爱(120.97 ±11.67),高于从没有恋爱(109.18 ±17.82);发生性行为(123.38 ±12.28)高于未发生性行为(111.83 ±14.92);(2)大学生性心理健康:女生(192.62 ±40.37)高于男生(182.56 ±50.89);大二(204.44 ±45.52)高于大一(175.44 ±42.69);正在热恋(210.96 ±30.68)高于从没有恋爱(197.79 ±37.31),高于曾经恋爱(148.00 ±46.66);发生性行为(212.82 ±34.49)高于未发生性行为(155.27 ±38.46);(3)生殖健康素养4因子解释了73.4%性心理健康的变异量。结论:女大学生生殖健康素养、性心理健康好于男生;恋爱可以促进性心理健康,亦可能抑制性心理发展;性行为对生殖健康素养、性心理健康具有促进作用;生殖健康素养对大学生性心理健康具有预测作用;加强生殖健康素养教育,提升大学生性心理健康水平,塑造健康性人格。 To explore the impact of reproductive health literacy on the sexual mental health of college students, carry out reproductive health education and provide empirical support to improve the level of health literacy of college students. In this study, 5408 students from 8 colleges and universities in Tianjin were selected by random and cluster sampling method, and the reproductive health Literacy Assessment Scale and Adolescent Sexual mental Health Scale were used for investigation and research. Results: (1) Reproductive health literacy of college students: female students (120.57 ±10.43) was higher than male students (116.04 ±17.67);The sophomore (123.30 ±14.85) was higher than the freshman (114.71 ±13.43);“Student in love” (123.29 ±10.70) was higher than “Students who have been in love” (120.97 ±11.67), “Students who have never been in love” (109.18 ±17.82);Those who had sex (123.38 ±12.28) were higher than those who had no sex (111.83 ±14.92);(2) Sexual mental health status of college students: female students (192.62 ±40.37) were higher than male students (182.56 ±50.89);The sophomore (204.44 ±45.52) was higher than the freshman (175.44 ±42.69);“Student in love” (210.96 ±30.68) than “Students who have never been in love” (197.79 ±37.31) and “Students who have been in love” (148.00 ±46.66);Those who had sex (212.82 ±34.49) were higher than those who did not (155.27 ±38.46);(3) 73.4% of the differences in sexual mental health were explained by four factors of reproductive health literacy. Conclusion: Female college students have better reproductive health literacy and sexual mental health than male students. Love can promote sexual psychological health, but also may inhibit sexual psychological development;Sexual behavior can promote reproductive health literacy and sexual mental health. Reproductive health literacy can predict the sexual mental health of college students. Strengthen reproductive health literacy education, improve the level of sexual mental health in college, and shape healthy sexual personality.
